PIN3 Endovaginal Ultrasound Assessment Form – recorded at second clinic visit at 24-29 weeks gestation for PIN3 participants
PIN3plus 24-29 Week Endovaginal Ultrasound and Doppler Flow Assessment Form – recorded at second clinic visit at 24-29 weeks gestation for PIN3plus participants
Placental Pathology – assessment of placental characteristics (primary pathology, magnitude of pathology, and target of pathology)

Most administrative data is not available for release; it is used for administration of the project and tracking of participants in the study.

Vaginal Bleeding – distributed at recruitment and each month thereafter until delivery
